Digital Products — Refund Eligibility Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the delivery links have been sent and accessed. This is standard practice for digital template products, since the files can't be "returned" once downloaded.

Faulty or Broken Links If a template link doesn't work, or a file in your kit is missing or broken, contact us at rtdhnr@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number, and we'll fix the issue or provide a replacement link at no extra cost.

Accidental Purchases If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and haven't yet accessed any of the template links, we'll consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
